Amateur film director

Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya is continuing to expand its business operations at an industrial scale. It has recently launched its own video production division and completed work on several government contracts.

In October, Belarusian Metallurgical Plant (BMZ) celebrated its 40th anniversary. To mark this significant event for the enterprise, the new video production company presented an image-building clip of the plant. Hanna Sialuk’s song “Stronger than Steel” was selected as the musical accompaniment for the video.

The video was filmed in the production facilities of the Zhlobin-based machine-building company with the participation of the enterprise’s employees. The new “BMZ anthem” was performed by artists hired by Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya, such as the band Cosa Nostra, Viktoryia Aleshka, Hanna Blahava, Andrei Tsiamchyk, and the soloist of the Belarusy art group, Valery Shmat.

Furthermore, to celebrate the anniversary, BMZ invited the public to a gala concert in Zhlobin. The audience was treated to performances by “stars” invited by Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya, with Russian singer Niletto headlining the city party.

Buro also identified commercial videos produced by Muzmedia Production for other prominent Belarusian machine-building enterprises on the American video hosting platform Vimeo. These include Belshina, Mahilou Automobile Plant, and BelAZ.

In addition to state companies, the video production department of Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya has also prioritized creating new content for its own artists. Among them are Aliaksandra Melekh, the trio Rozovye Rozy, Lera Bernatovich & Artem Skorol, and Volha Kozyr, the winner of the Star Trek 2 singing project produced by the company itself.

As we have revealed in other texts, Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya is linked to Lukashenko’s daughter-in-law, who goes by the name Hanna Sialuk. The production centre is actively involved in the “development of the music industry” in Belarus: it promotes pop artists, owns radio stations, organizes pro-government events, and, as we recently described, has even targeted children’s parties.

Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya is a production center. Tatsiana Kulakova is the company's deputy director. She is the sister of Hanna Lukashenko, Dzmitry Lukashenko's wife.

Muzykalnaya Mediakompaniya is a joint venture between the Palace of the Republic under Lukashenko's Property Management Directorate (30%) and the private company ANSL Production (70%). The latter is registered to Andrei Urubleuski (95%), one of Dzmitry Lukashenko's subordinates. Urubleuski likely acts as the nominal owner of ANSL Production to conceal the involvement of his patron's wife in the company. The abbreviation ANSL resembles the initials of Lukashenko's middle son's wife, ANna Sergeyevna Lukashenko.
