Vyachorki’s operations are overseen by a third-party company, Fansport, which is owned by PSC. Yury Chakhouski is the director of Fansport. Thanks to the CyberPartisans, we discovered that back in the naughties, he was a member of Military Unit 01549, Lukashenko’s security service. In 2004, Chakhouski was awarded the First Class Medal for Impeccable Service. Aleksandr Lukashenko personally presents this award to military personnel and law enforcement officers in recognition of their 20 years of selfless and continuous service.
Fansport added the recreation centre to its balance sheet in late August 2016. At Vyachorki, guests can rent one of four vacation houses that sleep four to six people for 340 to 640 Belarusian rubles per night, or private rooms for two for 155 Belarusian rubles per night.

Visitors to the complex can use a traditional Russian banya (priced between 108 and 200 Belarusian rubles per hour), a sauna (99 – 175 rubles per hour), and an aquatic area with a pool and jacuzzi (80 Belarusian rubles per hour).

Moreover, the resort features a sports field suitable for soccer and volleyball.
Judging by Fansport’s financial statements, the business isn’t particularly profitable. In 2024, Vyachorki generated 206,000 Belarusian rubles in revenue and posted a 142,000-ruble loss. In 2025, the picture remained bleak, with revenue of 225,000 Belarusian rubles against a loss of 411,000 Belarusian rubles.
